Cancellation Policy

Troops to Engineers Information Session Booking Policy 1. Booking Requests: All requests to host an Information Session must be submitted via our official booking platform or through email. Sessions are limited to one corporate sponsor per event to ensure an exclusive, focused experience for our Student Veterans. The Troops to Engineers staff reserves the right to approve or decline booking requests at their discretion to ensure alignment with program goals and student interests. 2. Approval Process: Once a booking request has been submitted, Troops to Engineers staff will review the details. Notifications of approval or denial will be communicated via email within 5 business days of submission. 3. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Troops to Engineers staff at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of any fees paid and may impact future booking privileges. 4. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule an Information Session must also be made at least 14 days prior to the original session date. Rescheduling will be subject to availability. 5. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a confirmed session without proper notification may result in restrictions on future bookings.
