Troops to Engineers invites all veteran and military-connected students at San Diego State University to an exciting and exclusive tour of NAVAIR’s facilities at Naval Air Station North Island! This unique opportunity will allow attendees to explore cutting-edge aerospace technology and gain insight into the vital role NAVAIR plays in supporting the U.S. Navy’s aviation capabilities.
The tour will take place on March 21, 2025, starting at 9 AM. We’ll meet outside the base at the NASNI Visitor Center before heading inside for a guided tour of the state-of-the-art facilities. This event is designed to bridge the gap between military experience and engineering, offering valuable exposure to potential career pathways within the aviation and defense sectors.
